Our Comprehensive Cleaning Process
CLEAN. RESTORE. PROTECT.
INSPECTION + MEASURE
All rugs are thoroughly inspected, measured and photographed, prior to commencement of washing. A fixed price can then be given.
DUSTING PROCESS
The rug is run through an automated duster, to beat out the loose soil and fibres embedded in the base of the pile.
OFF TO THE WASH BAY
The rug is pre-conditioned with neutralising detergents, and thoroughly shampooed and scrubbed.
RINSE + SPIN
The rug is placed in a large centrifuge, and spun rinsed and dried (like a washing machine).
UNDER PRESSURE
The rug is placed in an immersion bath, and soaked. The rug is then thoroughly pressure washed.
HUNG OUT TO DRY
The rug is then hung on a drying pole in our thermostatically controlled drying room.
THE FINAL STRETCH
Once dried, the rug is fully detailed, attending to any problem spots or stains, or any other areas of concern.
DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR
The rug is returned to you, or you may pick up by prior arrangement.
